What to expect in a Balance Center yoga class

Classes begin with warm-up movements and breath awareness to prepare you for yoga postures. The heart of each class is a sequence of postures that stretch, strengthen, and balance your body.  Each class ends with deep relaxation and meditation.

Investment:
Drop-in rate = $15 per class

10-Class Pass = $95 (Expires in 6 months)

Monthly Pass – Unlimited = $80  (Expires 31 days from 1st day of use)
